I sold a jointly owned property with my girlfriend and I on the title. I made $85000 for the two years we owned the property and she made less than $40. When the peroperty was sold we split the money 50% but now that we are going are separate ways I am wondering if I have a right to more than 50% of the profit from the house. Of course she will not budge on giving me any of the money.
