Unhappy

Sorry ! Correction !

What is the name of your state? Kansas

#1 My son is 16 will be 17 November 27,1986 . Will be staying with dad . But Im leaving him behind with a strong support system . That I fully 150% trust . If just dad I simplily would'nt do it . No way ! No how !

#2 Im leaving behind a emotional abusive marriage . Why left no sooner than now . Guess was because of my son + my Christian values . What the bible says about divorce .

#3 I get up at 5 every morning to PRAY . Once this divorce is final . Ill be on my way to Virginia . To go back into the ministry . Touching lives to Jesus Christ .

#4 Go down with a battle to save marriage . But once this is 150% done . There is still no hope . Know the Lord forgives . End it as peacefully as you can . Why chosen not to use a attorney on either side . But filing on our own ( both sides ).

Now read my past post on Sep 10,2003 . Any help is still very much appreciated .

May the Lord bless you

Again Thanks

Heidi

First off, you getting really annoying by not following the directions we gave you in starting yet another new thread. Second, assuming your reasons for leaving are valid we don't how to give you advise that has not already been given. Perhaps you could ask a KS lawyer how to make an "exception" to the KS family law code and circumvent the entire KS legal system just for you. Oh, I forgot, you don't have a lawyer because you decided to to do this on your own.

coosi gave you a good run down of the sequence of events that has to occur to obtain a divorce in KS in this thread that you posted Sept 7:

A "Google" search of "Domestic Relationship Affadavit" yield 80 pages of "hits", probably mostly junk, but a fewof them looked decent.
