spousal abandonment??

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Hey, does anyone know what the law is in Alabama on spousal abandonment, if he leaves the marriage home and I don't know where he is, or have not seen him (how long), can I charge him with abandonment? He left after a very physical altercation, I defended myself only, he left bruises, I called the police and had it documented. Took photos of my bruises, he left because he knew I called the police. I have not seen him since. Oct.10th.

Google Alabama abandonment. Did you obtain an order of protection?! If so, do you really expect to see him? If you did not obtain one, why not?!

Counseling time?

Can I ask the Judge for counseling time with my husband during our separation agreement? Living in Michigan.
