Spousal support

What is the name of your state? minnesota.

My spouse was ordered to pay spousal support in the amount of $700.00 monthly. to date only $400.00 was received since the order was made Dec. of 2006. what legal options can I take to respond to this non-compliance?What is the name of your state?

Hmm...technically, the spousal support isn't even 2 months in arrears though....

OOps - sorry - just realized that said 2006.
