spousal support

I am a physically challenged female in Texas and my husband has informed me he wil be leaving me soon. I will need help when he leaves with housework and personal management, is he required to pay for this? We have been married for 29 years.

Generally, if one spouse is disabled, the other spouse usually ends up paying some type of spousal maintenance in Indiana.

I'm unsure about what would happen in your state, however.
