spouse forged name on federal tax return

What is the name of your state? NJ
soon to be ex-spouse signed my name to federal tax return check what is the law on this? i did not receive my half as agreed in property settlement. check mailed by govt 5/30/03

~~~ Contact the IRS and let them know what happened. If he in fact signed your name, the tax return becomes a signed confession of guilt.
