Spouse medical insurance

What is the name of your state? Delaware
Is the husband required to carry health ins. on his wife. She is working but her ins. will not kick in for another 30-60 days. We are going thru a seperation period and still live together if you know what I mean. House has just sold. We will go seperate ways in a few weeks.

A judge will likely not look on you favorably if you're still married (even with a divorce pending) and you cut off her insurance. Hers kicks in in 2 months max - is it really worth the argument?
