 spouse not paying billsWhat is the name of your state? ca My ex spouse and I are going to mediation soon and he has not paid for our community bills since Feb. All of the credit cards are in my name and I am making all of the payments. Ouch! Do I take proof of this to med, or wait until the trial date? How do I present this? How do I decide how much he has to pay. He also has not paid any child support, but has paid the childcare since Nov. |

| No, we go to mediation on the 6th and then for a hearing on the 18th. I got a lawyer because he was harassing me and we will be presenting all of the debt on this day. I just want him to be fair. Ha! |
