Hi
My wife and I are from New Jersey.
We got to the US about 3 years ago with a kid from another country. Currently we have green cards.
While we were here we had another kid (she is a US citizen).
I want to divorce my wife and I was wondering what I am suppose to do in order to make sure she can't take the kids and go back to our home country.
I want to have joint custody (or even full custody if that is possible).

Thanks
