What is the name of your state? Maryland.
Question: I pay wife support monthly according to
Separation Agreement for 2 years. Can I pay whole
alimony in advance, so total sum would be same as
if I payed monthly.
Or I should stick to monthly amount only and what I
pay over that amount would not considered
as alimonies?
Thanks.
Valeri.

Unless you get a court to agree, just keep paying it per month as stipulated in your divorce. Anything else could be considered a *gift*.
