    Tennessee Anullment Question

    What is the name of your state? Tennessee

    I got married in April of 2006. My wife moved out and left me (without warning) the first week of December 2006 while I was out of the country. There is a possibility we will not reconcile. You can count the number of times we've "consumated" on one hand. Can I get the marriage annulled?

    Why didn't you post this with your OTHER thread?

    and the answer is no. you need a divorce.

    You can only "consummate" the marriage once. The rest of the times, you just had sex. Get a divorce.
    Whatever women do they must do twice as well as men to be thought half as good. Luckily, this is not difficult.
