What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I live in Texas and was wanting to know how to file this. My wife left me and everything but her clothes over two years ago. As far as I know she moved to a different county and want to move on with my life. I still have a car in my possession that is in her name. I really don't have a big budget to pay for a divorce lawyer but need any help I can get.

You are going to have to be able to serve her with the papers, would you be able to find her if needed? If not you'd have to do service by publication, which is really something that requires a lawyer.
