Can a person get records of text messages, particularly content? If not in ordinary circumstances, would this be something that could be subpoenad in a divorce case or custody case? Thank you.

No, phone companies are unlikely to have the text of text messages. But you'd already know that if you had made even a minimal effort to search for the answers to your questions before posting the same question which has been posted over and over for years.
