are they married?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ny if your spouse who you presume was dead was discovered to still be alive, does that mean they are still legally married?

Was the spouse ever declared dead by the courts or was it simply that the other spouse presumed they were dead?

Answer Misty's question. Who declared the spouse dead? Because if it was just you presuming them to be dead, that doesn't count.

He didn't, he flew out after he was reincarnated as a fly.

Actually, the more interesting part is that he walked out alive and the hospital never bothered to inform anyone? The wife had no idea that he was still alive?

Incredible.

Considering the fact that I believe this person is Kelly, I'm thinking it's OP.
