What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ny if your spouse who you presume was dead was discovered to still be alive, does that mean they are still legally married? |

husband was issued a death certificate. hospital has his body laying in the morgue. he was for all legal purposes, dead.
how did he walk out of the hospital? |
