thw summons in my divorce papers

What is the name of your state? ca
says that my husband and i cannot sell any property, wether its comm, quasi-comm, or personal, unless we are paying lawyers fees.
it also says we cannot make extraordinary purchases...
well, my husband and his new woman are wanting to see his car(that is financed solely in his name, not mine)to buy a truck($40g's for a USED truck)...but that summons says he needs my written permission to sell the car, AND to buy the truck...

do i have to sign off on this vehicle? its not like i want anything, and i know hes having problems with the car, and the friend of ours who is buying it, has a new family and really needs it...can my husband go ahead and just do this???

i'm not going to fight it, although i know that by buying that truck, he and her already have issues w/the all famous payday loans, and thier roomies just moved back to co, so they already cannot afford thier bills, much less the car pymt his g/f tells me they have now(they already bought the truck, he needs to sell his car to pay the down pymt now)...
