Please advise,
We've been married for 20yrs, physically living apart for the last 2yrs. Is there anyway of getting a divorce faster than the old 6months? (we live in calif) Our child are of legal age and we have no property. Nothing! Just want this over and done with. Of course I have to file and pay for it, even though I have been layed-off. By the way, anything such as a low cost divorce out there?
