Time with my daughter.

il. I signed the petition of dissolusionment of marriage yesterday. He should receive the papers in the mail soon. My question is what do I do he is monopolizing time with our kids what can I do to spend more time with them? Thank
you

What does your court order say with regard to custody and visitation?

EDIT: I may have misunderstood...currently, you both have equal rights to the kids. He can spend as much, or as little time as he likes with them (as can you). You need an attorney to help you set up temporary custody orders, etc.
