my husband is having his lawyer hold our signed dissolution til he's done in the academy because he's not allowed to miss any classes to go to the court date. they were signed feb.25,2003.
he started seeing someone right after i moved out of the house in feb, which i suspect "she" is the reason he's divorcing me. since he's so eager to start seeing other people, i want the papers filed right away. i don't have a lawyer but am getting one to look at my matter. will the papers expire? is there a way for me to get his lawyer to file the papers. so i can be divorced and rid of him?
