My wife Transferd the buisness back to the old owner after I moved out, with out telling me. I was running the buisness that was my job, she was employed somewhere else. The agreement when we bought the buisness was it was going to be put in her name because of my tax proublems and it was but comingled interest and money were involved. So what can I do.The
Buisness fare market value 75,000 we owed 42,000. So what Im asking is sense we were seperated I,m I intitle to half of the money whitch would be the fair market value - what we owed that = 33,000 should I get16,500
