Transferring a divorce decree from one state to another

What is the name of your state? CO.


How would I transfer my divorce decree from ND to CO where I know live? (and so does my ex and kids)

You do not need to transfer your divorce decree. All of 50 states recongize this divorce decree.

Is it jurisdiction that you want to transfer?...because you need to take something to court? If so, it would be best to consult a local attorney. It can probably be done fairly easily since you all reside in CO..but it would be less complicated to use an attorney.
