two divorces

What is the name of your state? texas
is it legal to get a second divorce even when you know you were divorced four years earlier and add in property rights(so you can sell the property) and child support with out notifying the other party? if not what can i do about it and is there some type of fraud involved in this type of action?

It's not a second divorce. It's a "modification" of the original decree. And the other party would be notified.
