What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TEXAS

Is it posible to complete a divorce hearing in Texas with no custody ? The courts gave jurisdiction of custody to another place. Any information regarding this information would be wonderful!

thanks!

Yes, it is possible. Apparently the child has lived somewhere else prior to the filing of the divorce. Of course depending on the full facts, financials and such may be handled by a court elsewhere as well but you can still be DIVORCED.
