What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois

Good morning. I hope this is a pretty straightforward question.

Party A & B divorce.
Automobile is in Party B's name.
Automobile loan in Party B's name is co-signed by Party A.
Divorce papers required Party B to have Party A's name removed from the loan via any means necessary (ie refinance) within 30 days.
The 30 days have long since elapsed without any action.

Question:
What remedies would Party A generally seek under this condition?

Many thanks in advance!

Go back to the court that gave the divorce and file a contempt charge.

Alternatively, Party A could pay off the loan and seek reimbursement from party B
