I reside in Minnesota and my wife in North Dakota. We have been separated 4 years, although not LEGALLY so. Divorce is on the agenda but time is a factor and I want to move to another town. The bank there will finance, but issued concerns over my still being married and my wife's interests in what I build there. She has repeatedly said that she would never do anything of the kind but the bank needs something more than her word. Is there a legal form (waiver) of some kind that we could sign that would protect the banks and my interests until everything is final? Thanks, Rod.
