    urgent, please help **************...

What is the name of your state? Florida

if my question is not placed in the right forum, please replace it. thank You!

I am living with my partner, the father of my 2 children 9 and 4 years old for 11 years now. we are not married.
we are both citiczen of the state of israel. my partner has green card. we are almost 6 month in USA, right now in Florida.
my partner sold everything in israel, and told me to go with him to the USA to build up a new live there.
now I am sitting in Florida without permission to stay longer, than the 17th of jan. my partner has no problem to stay in the USA, because he has the green card.

I have the tickets back to Israel for this date, for me and the children. my partner wants to send me with the children back to israel, without money and any help. one of the reason is that he is blackmailing me to have sex with him, whenever he wants, and believe me there are situations , where no woman would like to have sex with her partner.
I am totally hopeless and desperate. I cant fly back without any money and not to know where I will live with my children. and not to know how I will feed my children. if I go back I have nothing at all. my partner is paying the hotel and bringing us food, but no money, even not one dollar.

please help me with advice, what should I do, or can I do to get my rights? is there anything I can do in the USA against my partner and this behaviour? in Israel I can only do something, if he will be in Israel. as long as he will stay in USA , I have no chance to do, or to succeed to get my rights.
he is keeping me right now as a prisoner. he doesnt give me any money, and treating me like a slave in front of the children. does it make sense to go to the Israeli Consulate in Miami? or do You know any place I can ask for urgent help?

any help is very much appreciated.

You can apply for child support, also there are immigration provisions that may allow you the right to stay. The Violence Against Women Act II .

The law allows women to petition for adjustment of status for themselves and exempts them from section 245(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, which prohibits immigrants who have engaged in unauthorized employment, those who have failed to maintain valid immigration status and a number of others from applying for adjustment of status. Under the revised VAWA, applicants no longer have to show that they would face extreme hardship and they are also allowed to apply for permanent residence from outside the US, if they can demonstrate that they were the victims of domestic violence in the US.

You may also want to call Your embassy.

There are many forms of domestic violence including what you are experiencing.
