I'm trying to get a divorce from my wife who will not admit she committed adultery. In SC you're supposed to have to wait a year after seperating to file for divorce, however I am a US Marine and I will be Iraq when the one year mark occurs. We have been married less than a year and have minimum property to divide. What should I do? I need to know if there is any way I could get this divorce now before I deploy. Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

There is no way out of the waiting period in SC.
