In my case, my wife has accessed my driving record and financial information using my driver's license number and social security number after our separation and filing of divorce. Shouldn't this be illegal considering I did not authorize this?
Thanks. |
No, there's nothing illegal about it. However, a spouse cannot legally access medical records, but everything else is okay as long as the information isn't used for criminal purposes.
