Quickly here is my situation. My husband and I have agreed to divorce. We have already started seperating our things, but have not filed any paperwork. Also, I will be moving across country in about a month. What is the best way to handle the divorce? Should I file a seperation agreement in VA and then file for divorce in my new state? I don't know what to do in this situation so any advice or knowledge would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!
