Venue change-NY-PA

What is the name of your state? Pa 1)Can a divorce case that had been disposed of due to a stipulation of settlement before trial, but never filed for signature to the NY Supreme court judge, (therefore unenforceable in NY ) be reopened or modified in Pa, where I have been residing for eight months? 2)Does anyone know how to do this properly? Any advice or answers greatly appreciated. Settlement included child support, maintenance.- jmeleeWhat is the name of your state?
