I live in Ohio. My husband and I are separated and I expect my husband to serve me papers for a divorce at any time. My husband and I both moved to different counties from the one we were married in. He has our car so I have no reliable transportation if the divorce proceedings are in another county. Also, our infant child lives with me and I breastfeed her so I can't be gone from her for more than 4-5 hours (his county is 2 hours away). Would it be likely to get a change of venue to my county if he files for divorce?
