What is the name of your state? Missouri

In a divorce case, is there any way to prove verbal and emotional abuse? It's against me and my 14 year old son (by my husband). I have plenty of eye witnesses that would stand up and testify in a court of law. I just don't know if it is really considered "abuse".

I'm sorry, I didn't know. I thought I needed to post them on separate forums since they are different subjects. Thanks for the tip.
