Is this a violation?

What is the name of your state? NY
My ex has a RO on me, and I got really drunk today and called her a couple times, I left messages, but she never answered, is that in violation?

My response:

Being "really drunk today" is not an excuse or a defense. Is Riker's Island as bad as they say it is?

If your RO states that you can't and you did, just being a stupid, wife beating, drunk isn't an excuse. Bet that piss you didn't want to drink is going to be all that you can afford now.

In fact, you are so astonishingly correct in this matter, it will not surprise us one bit if you are offered a generous settlement, because, by golly, that’s just how it should be.

Even if it wasn't a direct violation of the RO, your still going to have quite a time explaining to the judge how it is you can sit around on a Wednesday afternoon getting drunk when you have child support to pay. You better get yourself ready to start attending those alcohol awareness classes along with the anger management therapy.

Why would you want to injure (or possibly even KILL) an innocent tree?

I notice the OP hasn't been back in a while. Could it be that your wish came true?

Ya, see, this was the wrong thing to do. I'm sure you were to intixicated to understand the order.

Rehab would be your best action of plan, but I don't see you wanting it, rather bitching about what others do when you are drunk. Why you have not been into a residential treatmen facility by now, is amazing. You need this, POINT BLANK. For You, and your Children.

Please get clean and then come post, because that is what you need. You are not going to find the answers you want here.

Good Luck, Get Sober and learn a different appreciation for others.
