virginia divorce-settlement

married in virginia and after six months wife says she made a mistake and wants divorce.Bought house together from her parents.Equity is nearly 60,000.00.am I entitled to half the assets of this property?Marital debt is 17,000.00 on my credit card.Is she responsible for half?cards are in my name with her as a authorized user.I put up all monies for closing costs.thanks for any direction.
