What is the name of your state? Florida
Well, I left my husband last year in June. In Florida you have to wait six months from coming into Florida from another state to get a divorce. Well in November I went back to SC..and then returned in April.I have been here ever since. My question is that even though I "left" for about 5 months, does the 6 month wait still apply. Meaning do i have to wait 6 months from April. Another thing.....is getting a FL drivers license the only way to prove legal residence?
