Want divorce and name taken off birth record

What is the name of your state?NY.
I recently found out from my wifes own admission that she had an affair with her ex boyfriend and that he is the father of our child. I didnt want to beleive it but the child is his reflection, something I felt deep down in my heart for a long time. My question is, since we both agree to a divorce is it still uncontested and if so what else needs to be done in order to change the childs last name to that of the real father?

You're the real father until some court says otherwise.
