Question

Want to know if deciption is a cause for Annulment

I am in Washington State and recently married a girl from the philippines which I got here on a fiance visa. I corrosponded witrh her for 2 years and even went there on a trip for thirty days wher I met her family and friends. about 2 weeks after our non consumated marrage her attitude and mood switched from happy to depressed. After a time it was revealed to me that she was a Lesbian and couldn't change her lifestyle do I have grounds for an annulment? We have been married just short of 5 months and I am the respnsible party on her fiance visa

Your romp in the hay, or lack thereof, is not grounds for an anullment.
