ex wife has two houses in divorce. my name is still on both titles. i want my name off of both properties. she refuses, says she won't refinance for yrs. this is affecting my ability to get other loans. i receive no income from properties, it is all hers....how do i get my name off of the legal papers?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Take her back to divorce court and ask the court to force her to refinance or sell the property. Your name is on both titles? Then you are still owner. Tell her then that she cannot and shall not do anything with the property without your permission due to the fact that you are still on title.
