What can a spouse take from the house if he/she leaves prior to a divorce? Can he/she take one of the vehicles? Can he/she take things that were purchased together if there is more than one of the same...computer,t.v., stereo, etc.?

If he/she has left the residence at your request, should you have use of all and they of none? If there are two TVs, two computers, etc., shouldn't they also get to use one while waiting for the divorce?
