My boyfriend got divorce in august and the home was given to his wife. In September she had decided she no longer wanted the home or children and let me and my boyfriend move in. She want to family court and wrote out an affadavid saying that she was letting my boyfriend stay in the home. Now she is trying to kick us out and she has filed numerous papers in court that have mostly been denied. Now we got a new court paper saying she is trying to hold my boyfriend in contempt of court. What can we do and is she able to do this seince she has written out on paper that he was able to move back in?
