What is considered abandonment?

What is the name of your state?Georgia
My husband moved to New York over a year ago. each month he pays less and less of the bills. To the extent I have had to take a second job to support my children (not his) and keep the house running. He has lived and worked in New York for a year now he has visited 4 times .Could this be considered abandonament? I left him from New York moved here to GA. bought this house.
I just don't want to loose everything again.
He hates my children and everything is about what he needs. Help!

You state he abandoned you, but then you state you up and moved to GA. And you then bought a house there? And you want him to support you there? So I am confused. FRom your post, I can't tell who abandoned who.

AS to your kids from another relationship- he has NO responsibilty to support them unless he is their legal father. And unless there is a court order for CS.

File for divorce.
