What are the divorce laws for NY

We were married in Pennsylvania but we reside in NY. I would like to know the laws of divorce in NY. We were having issues, I was depressed, he moved out to "give me space until I find a psychologist" on Feb 1st. Now I have found some proof that my husband is at least attempting to cheat.
