What is the name of your state? Minnesota

My husband and I are still living together, but neither one of us want to leave our house. I thought about moving out, but I know he won't keep up the mortgage payments and the house is in my name. If I let them foreclose on the house, I'll be recked. What's a girl to do?

If the house is in your name only...then you definitely need to stay put and make the mortgage payments.
