I was married in Washington State 17 years ago, I have not live with my so called husband for over 14 years. I moved to North Carolina 3 years ago, can I file divorce in Wa state? North Carloina laws says I half to be leagaly separated 1 year before i can file divorce. Washington law there is no waite. I think living apart 14 is long enough time to think it over. I wont the divorce.
