i was ingaged and the man went to prison and put me as his wife and i filled out the papers that way as well, the prison considers us married, are we now legally married? Also he's now decided this seperation is too difficult and wants to split up if we are legally married is annulment a possibility sence the relationship wasn't consemated and we never lived together as husband and wife? please help me this is all very difficult and confusing to me.
