What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

I was wondering if anyone had any idea as to what I need to do if my soon to be ex husband did not serve me with a declaration of disclosure in the alloted time frame that the judge specified.?

I served his lawyer with the one I prepared (with the help of the family law facilitators office) in the given 30 day period specified.

Then it will be necessary to either hire an attorney yourself, or get back down to the family law facilitator for advice on what kind of paperwork to file, to get it back in front of the judge.

Preliminary or final? Is there a continuance on the case? If so, next time you're in court, bring it up. Realistically, nothing is going to happen to him, except the judge telling him to get it done.
