What does a 40 year marriage get in a divorceWhat is the name of your state? Georgia I have been married for 40 years in Oct 2007. My husband is cheating on me now. My husband started a business of his own in 1995. I quit my job in 2000 to assist him with this business. Will I be able to get half of this business in a divorce? What is the division of property? House, cars, business, etc. Thanks for your help! |
