What does a 40 year marriage get in a divorce

What is the name of your state? Georgia
I have been married for 40 years in Oct 2007. My husband is cheating on me now.

My husband started a business of his own in 1995. I quit my job in 2000 to assist him with this business. Will I be able to get half of this business in a divorce?

What is the division of property? House, cars, business, etc.

You are each entitled to a split of assets and debts, and retirement accounts, accrued during the marriage.

Parents should remember three things: Love your kids more than you hate your ex (or soon to be ex) & when you have children the relationship with the other parent is until death parts you & how you treat your children determines what type of nursing home you end up in.
