I live in santa clara county in CA. I have filed response(through a paralegal on 05/05) for divorce petition served by my husband. I asked for full custody with visitations and he asked for full custody too. So as of now its contested.
What happens now? What is the first step that the court takes? I heard from my husband that he received a letter from court and some conference date has been scheduled for 05/27. I have not received anything yet.
What is that conference about? and what is expected to happen during that conference and what happens next?
