Question

What is the law re: alimony?

What is the name of your state? ca
I have been married not quite 2 years and my husband and I are done but now he says if I divorce him he will sue me for alimony....Can he do that ?

The odds of someone getting alimony after only 2 years of marriage are VERY slim.
