What are my rights in Michigan

What is the name of your state? Michigan.

My husband of 23 years had an affair and moved in with the other woman. All of his and my family and his co-workers know that he is having an affair. He thinks because he moved out that he is separated and can do as he pleases. He does not believe that there are any consequences for committing adultery in the state of MI. I lost my house and had to find a rental for me and my son. Any advice about this situation or divorce would be helpful. Thank you!

You really need an attorney. You should have consulted one long before you lost the house. That was a major marital asset that was lost, and should not have been.
