I filed in Dec. 09, she postponed it. I rescheduled it and it took 5 minutes and the judge said I would hear from the court as to the next date. I had to call and ask for a new date weeks later as I had not heard back. Second hearing coming up, but I am wondering is this when we will discuss division of property?
